Dr. Shah is an out-of-network provider, and does not participate in any insurance panels. Patients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider to determine their out-of-network benefits.

Patients are provided with an itemized invoice at the time of service, which includes all diagnostic and billing codes necessary to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
